Please call our office for further information regarding your insurance. Our friendly and helpful staff will help determine if we are able to use your insurance for your visit.

We are still happy to schedule you for a visit if you do not have a vision plan or medical insurance. We offer bundles for both our exam services, as well as any custom eyewear you wish to purchase through our office. Our staff is happy to give you more information regarding our bundles for private pay patients.
